MAGIC JOHNSON ENTERPRISES ANNOUNCES INTERNAL STAFF PROMOTIONS
Earvin “Magic” Johnson Expands His Leadership Team
LOS ANGELES, CA. – Magic Johnson Enterprises (MJE) announced today the promotions of five internal staff members: Chief of Staff Natalie Wilson, Vice President of Strategic Partnerships and Marketing Alexia G. Henderson, Vice President of Accounting Shariece Paschal, Director of Public Relations Tammy Warren, and Executive Assistant to Earvin “Magic” Johnson Jasmine David.
As a visionary, leader and mentor, Earvin “Magic” Johnson takes pride in being able to promote within his organization. The advancement of each team member recognizes their contributions and expanded responsibilities.

Natalie Wilson – Chief of Staff
As the chief of staff, Wilson works closely with Earvin “Magic” Johnson and the executive team. She will act as a highly critical right-hand to the chairman and CEO, focusing on facilitating the efficient and effective performance of duties for MJE’s staff. Additionally, Wilson is responsible for booking all of Mr. Johnson’s speaking engagements. This marks Ms. Wilson’s 23rd year with the organization and she previously served as the executive assistant to the chairman and CEO. She started with the company in 1996, briefly departed in 1998 and rejoined in 2004. Wilson previously worked at Motown Records, Baker Hostetler, and Loeb & Loeb, LLP.
Alexia G. Henderson – Vice President of Strategic Partnerships and Marketing
As the vice president of strategic partnerships and marketing, Henderson manages external relationships with the company's partners, oversees the activation of all contractual partnership obligations, and assists the President on all business development initiatives. Additionally, she oversees the strategic advancement of the corporate brand of Earvin “Magic” Johnson through all marketing and communications efforts. Henderson served as the director of marketing & communications in her previous role. Prior to joining MJE in 2017, Henderson worked at the Washington Commanders, the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), and the Clemson University Football Program.
Shariece Paschal – Vice President of Accounting
As the vice president of accounting, Paschal touches every aspect of Earvin “Magic” Johnson’s business and personal finances. Her responsibilities include overseeing 1099 procedures, AP processing, reconciliations, inter-company accounting, preparing financial statements, cash flow statements, and creating budgets. In addition, Paschal works as the day-to-day accounting contact for Elisa Johnson’s eyewear company “Selected By Elisa.” In her previous role Paschal served as accounting manager. Prior to joining MJE in 2016, Paschal worked at Gelfand, Rennert & Feldman LLP. She left briefly to work for the Southern California Conference before returning in 2018.
Tammy Warren – Director of Public Relations
As the director of public relations, Warren cultivates and maintains relationships with the media, writes press releases, pitches stories, tracks media coverage, and maximizes the overall brand presence. Warren started with the company in 2003 but left in 2012 to start her own public relations company. She rejoined in 2022 as brand manager and executive assistant to Cookie Johnson. Prior to MJE, Warren worked as the publicity manager at LaFace Records under the direction of Antonio “LA” Reid and Kenneth “Babyface” Edmonds. She also worked at Upscale Magazine as entertainment editor and as a freelance writer for Essence Magazine, Black Enterprise and Cosmopolitan Magazine
Jasmine David – Executive Assistant to Earvin “Magic” Johnson
As the executive assistant to the chairman and CEO, David provides comprehensive support managing day-to-day functions at MJE and a multitude of projects within the company. David’s additional duties include organizing and preparing for meetings, leading signings and auction requests, and overseeing content capture. She was with the company for five years from 2017 to 2021 as office manager before returning in 2023. Previously David worked at Azoff Music Management and the Tracinda Corporation.
