The Latino Coalition donation processing is provided by DonorCircle. Processing is SSL encrypted of all data with security certificates. DonorCircle adheres to best practices in e-commerce security, and does not store credit card information on their servers. DonorCircle uses LightBox technology instead of a traditional webpage. While the LightBox is SSL encrypted and is hosted on a secure https: page, the URL does not display in most Web browsers. Donor Privacy Policy
Any information supplied to Magic Johnson Foundation by donors will be used solely to fulfill their donation and shall not be shared for any reason unless permission is granted by the donor to share such information. All donor information remains anonymous and is only accessible by MJF staff or personnel. Donors may request to be permanently removed from MJF’s mailing list by contacting us via email, phone or postal mail. All requests to be removed from MJF’s mailing list shall be honored.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
